I put him after on a range about QQ-JJ,ATs,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,T9s,ATo,KTo+,QTo+,JTo and I have 45% equity against it so I guess I can call here? Is this a good range that I assume?

He doesnt have JJ and QQ with 15bb since he only called OOP. He can have AA, but I doubt many players do this at $2.50.

Why CBet the flop? And why such a big bet? You can check and keep his range wide. Or bet small to get value from hands like J9 before the board goes bad for them.

After betting so big - the fold is just bad. You have bd fd and a gutshot to the nuts. You even have just enough equity if he has bottom 2 pair.

The Cbet is too big for sure. I think half pot is big enough. Now you have no fold equity left with top pair. The range you gave him seems decent, but it isn’t likely he has a set here and you have most likely more equity here.

This looks like f2t, so we don't really have any big ICM considerations yet (no big payjumps).
But even then we have priced ourself in so hard, this is a snapcall now.
