Hi ! I wanted to ask advise about a hand I have seen. Just to make sure that I understand it :f_drink: I have changed the name of the players.

To me it looks like a huge mistake to 3 bet hands like big pairs OOP and even more if it does not have a nut flush draw to go with it.
From what I have seen they never fold preflop, and overpairs are unplayable post flop out of position.

Agree that this hand doesn't have much playability postflop, so only 3b if one expects to be able to take it down pre a decent amount (e.g. vs a reg who can find a fold).

There's nothing wrong with 3betting if he gives up on the flop a lot. :-) Just cbet.

I think this is a good to reraise with preflop. You almost certainly have the best hand so build a pot which you are favoured to win. Bet the flop; your opponent might not have much himself.
