I think this is an ok flop to raise as a bluff ? with a gs+bdfd and 2 overs. It should hit my range ok i think as i have all sets and can raise some over pairs aswell. How would you proceed Vs his Cbet stats is raising or floating best ? which other stats if any would or could you check to see if floating to steal on turn is better than raising flop as a bluff.

Cheers.

With the backdoor nutflush, this is okay to raise on the flop. The 8 is perfect to barrel, it hits your range far more than his. :-)

It is okay. It is even better to do this with 8♥:7♥: and the like.

I think calling and raising are both fine. We also have some decent SD value here with A high on this low board, especially BB vs SB. So taking that into account calling should be okay too.

But I don't really think you can do a whole lot wrong here.

Unless you fold

I also think that both calling and raising could be argued so it's OK as played.

I prefer just calling with this hand on this board. Board is low and he cbets big. We do not have that much FE here.

Both Calling or Raising are fine but i personally prefer the agressive line.

IMO with the sample you have on villain you can't assume some line due to his turn cbet (i bet it is 1 out of 3). Flop cbet will be far more accurate than turn cbet (even though it has some dispersal).
