I don't like the flat call from BB. 3bet light is the best option, because if the villain call you can shrinkage his range and have a better pos flop, instead of play without Reading.
Do you play 9 handed turbo? what is your nick at pokerstars?

I would have flatted too. Flop: would have checked back too - I don´t think a better hand will fold here and which worse hand calls us? Villains tend to call with any pair they hit, any pocket pair, even with AK or AQ. In a 50 ct-SnG: as played. Would have played the hand the same way. No need to take risks with marginal hands early in a 50 ct SnG, Villains often kick out each other and we can play a bit "nittier".

The BTN seems like a decent player. I don’t think it’s too bad to 3bet here, because he will most likely fold a lot and we will have the initiative post-flop as well if he’s calling. He can easy steal around 50% of the time on the BTN.

On the flop, I would always check to the raiser. Weird enough he isn’t Cbetting and you could consider bluffing on the turn. Otherwise you need to hope you get a free showdown. On a reasonable bet, you need to fold anyway.
