Preflop: You kept cheap for bb flat call, could you raised 3bb. Unkown player I will put him in A8+, Broadway cards, etc,.
Flop: The mini donkbet I understand as a J par, flush draw or A8.
Turn and River: blanked cards and he bets to steal dead money.

As played but call river, no fold! We may have the best hand and I put Villain on a draw too. The riverbet could be a busted draw or hot air. His bet doesn´t make sense at all. Call river!

The line of BB makes indeed not too much sense. I would most likely raise 2,5x from the CO, BTN and SB with the blind level 25/50, but it’s always your own preference I think.

I don’t think the CO will bluff to often on the river. Even is his donk leading weird and is folding not too bad. Even with the odds you get, but most of the time I would call as well. You need to be right in 21% of the time to make a call profitable.

I would check the Turn and inducing a smaller bluff from BB.
You have a nice stack, situation is marginal i think and pot-control seems good to me.
In my opinion if you were to go for 3 barrels with these hands, chances are your opponents would know that and they purposedly let you bet all streets.
I don't see a monster slowplayed either, his min-donk mostly signals 2 hearts or a second pair and he's probably not aware of pot odds with his 2 hearts.
I would probably call as well since 15% of your stack is not that much, plus his play was weird for a slowplayed hand (mostly set) and he could easily have a busted draw here (stats could identify that).
However, with a smaller pot you would had called with more ease here.

PS. raising x2 bb with that boatload of chips is too small, at least x2.5 to x4 seems far better. He's going to call, realizing it's around 1% of his stack to call.

Against a loose passive fish that will call with most likely a lot of draws I wouldn’t mind to make thin value bets. Especially on the turn it can cost you value I think.
