Not a bad line. I am nt thinking about folding here, just how to extract max value. Usually I play b/b/shove, but your line is not bad vs many opponents.

What set should he have? AA - unlikely 33 - he made a fault by calling that preflop - TT - only likely set.

If he has it - nh!

When you check i think better option is to c/rai, since haven´t really seen who would shove river with AJ, AQ or float.
you can fold river, because he would not shove there too many worse hands for value and don´t bluff often enough.
Although I like myself bet/bet/shove better, consider all the times he has there Ax.
