Think the hand is standard apart from the turn. Not sure villain is likely to do this with a hand worse than KK, looks like boats of Jx. After i folded i regretted it as i thought why would a boat or Jx randomly shove why not just call but looking back i think calling or folding here is reasonable?

If he's a smart player he should know you don't have alot, if any Jx in your range, he still has quite some so he can easily push you off the hand.
But seeing it is nl25, i don't see alot of players thinking the hand through that good, so it's a bet/fold for me.
If you plan to x/c turn your in a guessing game and you let him decide the sizings..
What about xc OTT? I don't see villain opening and calling even a 3bet with 22 or 44. AJs is an option but we can't have this as our only hand. I think we should xc since we still have equity OTT.

About 22-44 calling a 3bet utg: it's NL25, you can't expect every guy to play 'good'. Quite some regulars still play these hands this way on these limits.
If you are still uncertain (which you should be against competent players), then call in this spot with, for instance, AA without the A♥: or better. Exactly how wide you call depends on your own range. Provided you are balanced coming in to this spot, you can calculate the fairly exact range with which to call, based on villains cost for his raise and the size of the pot (before the raise) in order to be unexploitable. Here he invests $20.5 in order to win $13.5 (if he's bluffing), so folding a good bit more than 50% of the range is correct from this perspective, especially since some of his bluffs have equity when called.
I still feel his range is so narrow but his action is so polarized to nuts/fds/. Suppose he might spaz with air on occasions but would be so unlikely and he would have some balls to do this with air, so i wont consider that with as much weight.
hmm c/c is dont mind, just dont like giving free cards and allowing him to dictate the price of the turn. With a fd i dont want him checking back, with underapair or QQ its likely i get one more street if i bet so if i c/c i expect him to check back the river. But if a blank comes and he bets the river, are we not likely to be confussed?
At least when u bet u get a bit more convincing information about his range.

We obviously cant exclude that he put you on the f/d and he had a J.
He shouldne have lots of Js in his range for sure but you shouldnt have either IMO.
You made a big 3bet preflop but id sometimes call it with JQs (Depending on the opponent of course if i have stats).
