Hi

When will hands from 100% for 1st place buy-in structure tournaments be analyzable?

This seems to be just a format job but it hasn't been implemented yet. Is this somewhere on the so called to do list mentioned above?

Hi,

like you said, from a technical point of view that's not a problem. There are other stuff to consider, like how the tournament hands get mixed with the stats, if there are ante (currently not supported) and how's the PokerSnowie strategy in tournaments.

This is something we are considering, but we can't promise any date.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hello, I have a problem, they blocked my account, the fact is that when I first registered the trial version, I accidentally pointed out the wrong emil, when I tried to register again, the message "Sorry! It seems you already tried to register a free trial" , After which I changed the Internet connection and I successfully managed to register but after registration I switched back to the old Internet connection.I managed to try your product for exactly one day on the next day. I was already going to buy PokerSnowie, but my account was already blocked, can I solve this problem? Here is an email to which I registered a trial version of sbulankov@bk.ru
P.S. Does not open support@pokersnowie.com

Hi,

our system found 3 free trials associated to you and automatically locked your account.

Please have an email sent to our support from sbulankov@bk.ru in order to have the issue settled.

Thanks,

responding to PS response: thanks! it's just PS seems to behave quite differently from anything (anyone!) I have encountered live, but I guess that is to be expected.

Stack sizes are100 BB
EP3 opens 1/2 pot
HJ calls
I 3 bet pot size bet from button w/ QcQd
EP3 4 bets
HJ folds
I call
flop:
Kh8h4d
EP3 chk i chk
turn: Ks
EP3 bets 1/4 pot
I fold
Granted not the best move in the world but PS says it cost me 30 EV ($150 in a 2/5 game). Isn't 30 EV kind of high? I'm thinking maybe 6 EV...

My fold based on the fact that EP3 4 bet while HJ was still in the hand so i figured he had only a couple bluffs in his range and mostly AA KK and AK

thanks
dave r

postscript: is there somewhere i can post this and actually get a response?
Does anyone even really use this software? I find it somewhat useful but odd, e.g. 1/4 betting - who does that?

Hello!

Do you plan to introduce a longer trial period than 10 days? Maybe as part of a Christmas offer. :)

Hi,

We don't have such plan, sorry.

But if after 10 days you would like to try it more, just drop an email to our customer support and they will most likely extend your free trial.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

I sent an email to info@pokersnowie.com few days ago addressing a seemingly bad advice by PokerSnowie regarding calling pre-flop all in shoves, I would like an explanation. I haven't receive a reply though, please reply.

Hi, I have a silly question, but I would like to know what PokerSnowie has in mind to choose the Sizes. How reliable they are. Because if we choose Sizes we can not build a strategy with the program. Thanks for the answer.

It is my understanding that Snowie selects only check, 1/4, 1/2, pot size bet, and 2X pot size. If you confront Snowie in a scenario with any other bet size it will evaluate this particular bet sizing (and tell you if it is good or bad) and compare it to its standard sizes. But going forward, it will stick to its standard sizes.

Everything else goes beyond Snowie. If you want full freedom to select sizes you need another tool

Just want to post here what I sent to the support of Snowie as well
I found out the started package was removed during one of my coachings live when some of you guys pointed it out in the chat, and I'm really not happy about that

The response I got:

Hi,

at the moment you can select any point in the tree (on the right) and click on the button "Copy Scenario" or right click the same feature. This will automatically create a new scenario from the point you picked.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team

Hi,

Yes, this is true. The STARTER package is not available since a few months, as we are re-evaluating what is the best packages offer we could set up for our customers, considering that we also introduced the ability to use PokerSnowie with the new mobile apps (iOS and Android) on smartphones.

We are also about to change completely our Challenges area, making it a more "Training" oriented feature. Not only, we have several other things on our to-do list, as well as reconsidering the introduction of a monthly subscription (as now they are all annual).

Among this path, one of the steps we decided to take was to remove the STARTER package.

Thanks,
The PokerSnowie Team
