When you are in position you can be cbetting your hits, so first 2 are clear imo. However do not try to barrel these weak hits too much. The third hand you have an overcard and some backdoor draws, normally this could be a cbet imo but against fish (probably station) it might not be as good to bet.

Shutting down on H1 since we're not folding K or Q and I'd wait for better spots vs that player, but cbetting H2 and probably H3 because we hit 2nd pair and the board is extra wet, with v being 40/30 or whatever he could have connected with lots of weaker hands but a lot of turn cards aren't good for us and v can fire if we skip cbet, we'd have to fold almost always unless we have reads. H3 we have a nut fd, any diamond, Ace, K/T means we can double barrel as well so mandatory cbet here. I see v's AF is high though (compared to his passive pre) so if he x/r often I'd check back here.

First hand I bet since this fish can have literally anything and call with anything so think you are ahead in equity. Middle hand is a check for me since you are weak but still have some value and opportunity to improve. The last hand I'd bet or xr here since you are working with backdraws. However, agree with the fact if villain is weak and calling station, we should xb here as well.

In the first two hands i have doubts because some players don't make cbet afraid to turn the hand with equiti into bluff.

But I think if if the villain fold worse hands that still have some equity against us and if he get called some worse hands, cbet is much better.

In the last hand would you bet on the turn if a diamond came?

If you cannot figure out whether you are value betting or bluffing, then it is usually best to check. Fish are entitled to have good hands, and not nearly all of them really hate money. In a normal 3-bet pot (yes, I sometimes 3-bet stuff like this), I'm not going to try to steal the pot. I'd be targeting a too slim range of hands. If I had a hand with no SD value (like 87s) in the first and third hand, I might bet what I think is enough to make A high go away. The middle board is just too ugly.

Betting to make villain "fold equity" is an excellent idea in FL. Not so in NL. You are forced to give cards in this game.

That said, you can't just refrain from bluffing. But it isn't just the flop bet that concerns you. You need a plan for two- and three-barreling.
