It’s Dutch and he did get his $10 on PartyPoker, but hopefully if you have send a ticket to our customer service what Lazza61 suggested you get your money as well.

i could not get my free 10 on partypoker

I invited my friend to join and he registered through pokerstrategy and bonus code PS30 but didn't get 10$ bonus. He maid deposit 13 usd and again do bonus. he could register without pokerstrategy using normal bonus code WELCOMEBONUS and could get 10$ for poker and 10$ by tickets, totally 20$ after making min deposit 10$. So it's shame for me that I offered him to use pokerstrategy

That’s weird. If the money isn’t on your account now I would send a ticket our customer service as well. They can check what’s going on with the money.
