Hi,

How does PokerStratgey make the Starting Hands Charts - that is, I want to make my own with different colours for different hands and I would like to know if there is a program/app which lets you colour in different parts of the range like this in Confidant91's course:

Or is the easiest way doing it by hand in Excel or something?

Excel is certainly not the worst. Some tools like CoffeeCalcs have features for that (expensive).

One of the free ones I know is Poker Game Plan for Android. A bit unintuitive to use, but you can use it to learn or modify your ranges while travelling etc.

Power Equilab does this but unfortunately it's not free.

Excel works, you could assign the diffrent cards to diffrent categories, so even if u need to repaint etc. you could do all pairs at ones. Other thing i do is to use Equilab, Screenshot and print. Then with a pen i make the borders for 3bet hands, etc etc.

Cya

edit: Because i like to have the ranges next to me on paper. Its easier than scrolling around my browser.

Thanks for the replies folks - all those apps do exactly what I want but unfortunately, they all need to be paid for to get the full functionality (and I am cheap).

Excel it is for the time being.
