Had very nice month. My hands were shacking from excitemnt I've earned 13 560k Euro Playmoney this month after expenses, hard to say how much on average I spend because I simply don't care, buy everything what I want, doing private BJJ trainings most often twice weekly, doing physical theraphy each weak and so on. Manged it with 127h and 49min playing for this month. There is a ton of shits I have to improve at my game but overall I am excited about month. Playmoney are always nice!

Damn was happy like a child. Still very hard for me to bluff River in 3bet Spots at nl1k or so. I mean putting all your money, on some of those spots are super, super profitable but waiting for them to fold..... 
Anyway was soo hapy when he folded....
Couldn't sleep, was moving at my bed for 1.5h decided to wake up and grind 7.5h session, lately had some travels so I am still down when it comes to grind hours needed. Anyway till the end of the month not playing nl600 and nl1k. Today won like 20 BI at nl100 (what is a good thing), won like 2-3BI at nl200 and lost 8BI at nl1k and 3 and nl600, certainly not a way to do it. Got busto at one poker room, so though fuck that shit. I am start to tilting when someones join in at nl600 because this month is like this (not a way to do it, def better to win at high and lose at low) so I am going to calm down grinding and chill till the end of the month.

Yesterday after grinding very well for 9h STRAIGHT, yeah STRAIGHT VERY WELL GAME, I've managed to lose like 6 BI in 30 min what made me quit session, even though I would keep going. 2nd session started with losing 3 BI, same like today first session, while the 2nd sesssion today is like -3BI in first 5 min. And this during first session today...
Anyway I am glad to say that even those stuff made me quit I was able to handle 26h of grind in last three days, while keep grinding my 2nd session for today. Sometimes poker is brutal but how I feel about it won't change a shit, gotta keep working on skill, mindset and grinding I feel bad for Fiance who has to keep listening to my not so calm reactions for a) tilt tiggers b) letting myself to control my emotional states be dictated by something beside me. Anyway I am going back to grinding, gl at the tables and keep crushing!

And I know what you are saying in your last posts, had a few of those days, they really get you in a fked up mood -.- One question though, how do you motivate yourself to go study the game afterwards after such days/sessions? When they shit on me like that I just don't feel doing anything poker related for the rest of the day...

Thanks. It happend with time. At the begging I started with not doing anything for the rest of the day, Two three years latter I slowly started to work on my game. Anyway I have commitments that I am going to pay for muslims if I lose (not do enough of work) so it keeps me going becuase I have to have xyz numers of grind and work on game hours. GL! Cheers
There are soo many stuff I have to improve at my game, I clearly see while battling higer. I see how much stuff I do not know, how much my ranges are messed, how bad I do shift my ranges based on reads and I am glad I see it all. I gotta be focused on all of it. It was weird when in like hour I've lost like 3-4k Euro. Anyway you always got two sides of one coin.

Last week had bachelor party, didn't grind that much for like 3 day. After I came back with fiance we installed heroes 3 and we spend like retards two days playing heroes, it was sick. I was even runing to home to play session.... I am even more adicted to those stuff than I was a child I guess. Anyway we beat the shit out of computers on hardest level and we removed it. Yupi......
So whole month was amazing, except last three - four days..... I would say that anihiliation is not enough to describe it so will post graphs from 3 rooms from just today.....
Overall last 4 days I guess I could lose even like 8k euro. Whole month went smothly unmtil those days... Tomorrow I am going to do some review with those, today unfortunately I had enough and I failed to do anything beside grind. Shame on me. Anyway tomorrow I am going to check those, not sure is it because sleeping for like 5h last 4 days or because of variance. I have to find out. Because of this anihiliation booked profit of only around 2k Euro Playmoney. On top of that I've spend like another 2-3k euro on some stuff beside normal living costs. So if I would stop playing 4 days ago and pay punishemnt for lack of grind I could even have like 14-16k month if I wouldn't spend money besides living cost. Anyway it is how it is and I gotta check how much I fucked up. Gl at the tables and keep crushing

I am about to ready to go for nl1k and higher. Still not skill wise but definetely when it comes to BR and to mindset I am about to get ready. I am glad because as I see me holding lobbies at nl400 or so, it seems for me that it's only like half year of dedicated work that I am doing (half doing, half fucking around) and I'll be ready for way more.
It's the next day that I am getting beating like that with guys with super high frequencies and I am doing hard but right calls, even when I am losing. I hope that I am proved myself to variance that I've learned that lesson. If she still doesn't believe me it's fine, I'll do my best. Won't be perfect just will be doing my best. Losing few days in a row for two weeks is as good as losing every 2nd day for 4 weeks. I guess I kind of learned what variance wanted for me to learn, but if not I am open for it and I am going to do my best.
Anyway I am graetful that at Tuesday commitments ends. I am going to go my best while hanging out with my fiance (she's traveling because of her work) so I gotta spend some quality time with her but there is only 5 days left of commitments. I am glad that I was doing 8h session today, even though after I've though it's turned out and I got beated. Sometimes you just got beated. It's natural. Anyway gl at the tables !

So it's fine. I am not going to grind poker for a while, have a shit load of stuff to do, was just focusing on grind to finish commitments and now have plenty of life stuff going on.
My life is becoming something that I was dreaming about when I was 18-20 years old. I wasn't aware of all the additional hussle that comes with it but I am happy. Tomorrow in like 3h will end my commitments, then will eat clean diet and take 8h of sleep and it's done. Sad that it ended that way but what can you do. It started to impact my game so break will be amazing thing.

Lately it's been very chaotic and crazy.
In a month I've had (or I am going to have in the future):
Bicycle trip to Germany
2 weedings,
Father BD,
Trip to Hong Kong,
On top of that I am going to Peru at December.
It's been chaotic as fuck and lately I am working to embrace it and get use of it rather than fight it.
My life is going to be like that, on top of those stuff I am having one big project going on.
Never had such a long doswning streak (doing review since 01/08/2017 (because I have downswing for like two months now).
Didn't saw too many big mistakes at 20bb+ pots but I am going to look for them.
I am going to change a bit my grinding routine, more breaks, no more 6-8h in a row sessions.
Going steady through all big and middle pots, going through all villains that I was b/e or losing after big sample.
A lot of work in front of me and I am grateful for it because I am going to see where I am making a mistakes under huge pressure.
Funny that I almost don't drink, but today decided that I am going to do session review with nice whisky on the rocks.
Today did 3 big spews (one for 240bb deep) so I gotta adjust my way of doings thnigs during that time.
That looks some funky hands, but hand 1 I would most likely 4bet shove with or Cbet shove the flop. 2nd hand is just unlucky. How is this week going for you?
