Villains line is quite weird because I think most of the value hands that could do this should be out of his range. I think he should just call pre with TT,77,QT and so on. But you need to win this 33% in order to be break even and I'm not sure if you will..

I have 2 reads on population here that might help us. 1) guys usually don't check raise enough as a bluff, especially OTT 2) when villain does something weird like this, it maybe more often is for value

Folding the turn should be ok here.

His line and bet sizing is weird for sure. Maybe you could consider raising the flop, but as played you need to fold for sure.

i can imagine that villain do this with FD or AK.
