Poker Stars, $1/$2 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 3 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

Hero (SB): $200 (100 bb)
BB: $100.54 (50.3 bb)
BTN: $204.40 (102.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7♦: 3♥: Q♦: 5♥:
BTN raises to $7, Hero raises to $23, BB folds, BTN raises to $71, Hero calls $48

Flop: ($144) Q♠: 3♦: 2♦: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $133.40 and is all-in, Hero calls $129 and is all-in

Turn: ($402) 9♦: (2 players, 2 are all-in)
River: ($402) T♣: (2 players, 2 are all-in)

40/48, Steal BU 67%. (6/9) Aggression 5.0. 48 hands.
At time of hand I thought villain was a reg but based on comments later I think recreational.

BB is a recreational.

Obviously our hand is pretty speculative/trashy in some respects, but 3 handed, is it reasonable to defend vs wide BU steal? If so, would you prefer to call, keeping in recreational BB?

Once we get 4b, I guess calling this type of hand is ok, even if we are not exactly 'happy'? Presumably better than folding vs likely well defined range?

Do we want a leading range on this flop, ever?

Thanks

Hate the 3b. This is just not in buvssb 3b range. You don't want to 3bet any4ds. Would also flat the 4b unless you think villain already knows you're OOL. Because vs a wide value 4b range, you're crushed. If he only ever has AA/AKK, flatting is +ev.

I agree, seems thin/bad. Would you flat then or just fold it pre?

Definitely fold vs 3,5x.
