how would you play this hand? Turn c/c, river b/r line better?

I would bet the flop here.
There's not to much space for him to improve if he hasn't hit the flop and if he holds (which i don't believe he does btw) a straight draw you don't really want him to improve. Also he might have been trying to play check/raise here and he might take this for a cbet and not believe you have actually hit the flop.

bet the flop. you are hu and you capped preflop so you would contibet 100% of your range no matter what the board looks like. a check looks more suspicious than a standard contibet imo. furthermore the pot is big already so it´s quite likely that he will call anything. any pocket, any overcard etc.
just bet, bet, bet
