PokerStars - $0.05 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (BTN): 251.5 BB
SB: 166 BB
BB: 317.5 BB
UTG: 96 BB
MP: 118.5 BB
CO: 112 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♥ Q♠

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, fold, BB raises to 9 BB, Hero calls 6.5 BB

Flop: (18.5 BB, 2 players) 8♦ Q♣ A♣
BB bets 15 BB, Hero calls 15 BB

Turn: (48.5 BB, 2 players) 6♣
BB bets 40 BB, Hero calls 40 BB

River: (128.5 BB, 2 players) 6♥
BB bets 187 BB, Hero calls 187 BB

Preflop I decided not to 4-bet, because I don't want to stack off this hand when 250 bb deep (I don't like 4-bet/fold line)

Can you see any worse hands playing this way?

Dream spot. Doubt someone would bomb the river with AA but can't think of a solid hand that'd be played that way. Maybe a flush. If not a bluff, they'd have to put you on at least a good ace. What'd they have? Nice to flip a set with position :-).

BB vs BTN 3betting range is probably polarized (has a lot of weak suited hands that are not blocked by Ac or Qc) and villain could be playing flushes like this. There are also as many combos of AQ left than there are AA. And it is not impossible that villain overplays some combos of AK here also. This is NL5 and I think it is very much possible that villain isn't very good with deep stacks and makes some horrible plays. So to answer your question, yes I do see some worse hands playing this way.
OTR you need 37% to make a break even call and I think you should easily have at least that much. AA is only 3 combos, AQ and AK are already 15 so he doesn't have to overplay his hands very often.

One of the biggest leaks for a Micro Stake player is over valuing there hand.In this situation there are so many other combos that villian could play this way. It is just a cooler when you run into Aces Full

Do you have any stats on villain?
