It’s to bad we don’t know if there are any antes in game, but that could influence the decision here for sure. I expect it’s the case here, but even then, it depends if we deal with an ante of 50 or 75. Without this information I would most likely still fold, because I doubt the UTG player will shove wide enough to make a call with 44 profitable.

I fold without antes, i go with any antes.
But i can definitely see someone giving good argument for going here without antes being only 7bb.
