Tricky turn spot, because the 4 looks like a blank most of the time. A3o should fold pre-flop or on the flop. He could donk lead with a set as well and you beat only a bluff and is folding fine I think.

Further I recommend removing the outcome of the hand next time or put it in a spoiler. It could influence the feedback what you get.

What is the reason for the preflop 3B?
On turn there is an important note: villain is pushing vs 2 opponents and that is not done with air or draw!!! So you have to fold.

This move from villain looks very strong and I don't think it would be a bluff that often. So I think fold should be fine.
