PF: standard isoraise, could be little bit bigger, but OOP I usually isoraise for 5bb.

OTF: Quite dry board, I dont want to isolate against better hands. And I got a minraise, well I was thinking about 20seconds. Firstly I wanted to call, but after then I realized that he can minraise all Qx and he has only 22 and QJ, rarely JJ,QQ and J2s,Q2s. I think it can be still flipcoin, but with rake, maybe not. I didnt want to call here, because I am OOP and well I really dont know, maybe call was better. It was my first hand at this table.

NL2 player here. In my stakes I would only call.

a raise against 2 players deserves respect. in his rank there are hands that we win and have few outs against us: Qx (I do not think he raises with Jx) and hands that we are losing and we have only 2 outs: QQ, JJ, 22, QJ (I do not see Q2s, J2s). if we raise, only the hands that win us pay us.

in my opinion: call flop, check / call turn. check / call river

Why do you think that CO is a fish?

Do you like having a flip coin playing for stacks?

Because he posted big blind (called just 4bb as you can see) and against reg I would just call. And at this moment I think calling was better than raise, there aren't many cards which can make worse my hand. Min raises are definitely really strong and if he would bluff, he can also bet OTT. So that's the reasons why I would prefer call next time :-)

On the flop you should just call. Re-popping it is going to isolate yourself against a better range.
You're also blocking K10 so it's even less likely he's doing this as a semi-bluff.
