Hi, 2 days ago I reinstall windows and then I set everything like always and when I play the session on zoom tables HUD works very well, but hands are not imported from PS to HM2.

-I have PS in English
-I set my seat the same in PS and HM2

I try everthing what I know because I reinstall windows many times and I don't have any problem before with that.

Can you know any solution?

Regards!

Did you check from pokerstars client that it saves the hand histories locally and the import folder in HM2 is set up correctly? You could also try to run both HM2 and PS as administrator. And if you installed some firewall or antivirus, make sure you have the exceptions made correctly.

And there is a bug in the latest Pokerstars client. Saving handhistories in english is not enough. You need to switch the whole Pokerstars client to english language.

I set up whole Pokerstars client in English, I added HM2 and PS to exceptions, but I think that I know where is the problem, but I can't fix that.

I think the problem is that than I make this path C:\Users\xkwlx\AppData\Local\PokerStars.EU\HandHistory\ by youself, because when I instaled the Pokerstars and I want paste me notes there, I don't have this folder so I have to create this.I don't know that you understood me enough, just you know new folder xkwlx then new folder AppData etc.

Additionally, when I fisrt time run the client Pokerstars and I make some color on some players like red for reg or yellow for fish end then I want close the Pokerstars then was some error because the Path where that should be seved was C:\Users\xkwlx\AppData\Local\PokerStars.EU\HandHistory\, but I didn't have this folder this is why I created him...
