I bet small on flop for value. Now I think it is too small given that he seems like a fairly loose player. OTT, I could be against KJ or JQ although I do block both of those. AT/T9 possible holdings here as well. I don't know what he would bluff raise here with. TT maybe? OTR, with addition of backdoor flush coming in, I think fold is best?

Against a loose passive looking player you can easy Cbet like 2/3 pot or so and the turn is tricky, but not sure I would give him credit for AT or a set alone and I would shove here for value and protection.
