Hero (SB): $7.67 (153.4 bb)
BB: $6.11 (122.2 bb)
UTG: $5.94 (118.8 bb)
MP: $4.66 (93.2 bb)
CO: $5.87 (117.4 bb)
BTN: $12.58 (251.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A♠: J♥:
3 folds, BTN calls $0.05, Hero raises to $0.20, BB folds, BTN calls $0.15

Standart isolation. (for my standart: 5bb)

Flop: ($0.45) 3♣: K♠: 7♦: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.30, BTN calls $0.30

What is the plan? and on the turn? I did isolation and if I don't hit like here and T, I have a problem. I don't want to continue, but I have already invested 12bb..

Turn: ($1.05) 5♦: (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.76, Hero folds

Results:

Spoiler

$1.05 pot ($0.04 rake)
Final Board: 3♣: K♠: 7♦: 5♦:
Hero mucked A♠: J♥: and lost (-$0.50 net)
BTN mucked and won $1.01 ($0.51 net)

Iso raise is right but i dont like the bet OTF. Never try to bluff a fish out of pot. Just check fold. Vs a fish you play only for value

Raise bigger PF.
I would say: try one and done. Many limp/callers give up if they are not connected with the board and this board is really hard to hit.
Btw. you invested 10bb, not 12.

I don't agree, on this dry flop good one and done.

How high is your default iso. I do normally 5bb, oop one more?

So do you think "lose" in this spot 10bb is normal?

Willy411 the issue here is we play vs fish. He will call us with very wide range of hands. To make him fold he must completely miss the flop. It's a waste of money for me.

IMHO, standard pre.
On that dry flop, I would've cbetted 1/2 pot against an unknown and check/fold OTT, without improving.

Against a loose player post (less than 40% fold to cbet?), check/fold on that flop. I would only cbet him for value, even with something slightly worse than tptk.

Okey, no problem, but I think it isn't.. on dry flop :).

I think it can not work well. You isolate just for your TPTK? - than easier limp pfr and on TP - he is fish he will call overbets :) and it's cheaper.
What do you think others?

I would do the same, maybe one more BB for not having position (PF) and would bet 1/2 the pot OTF. Standard fold

I think we should cbet this dry flop, even vs a loose/passive player. We have some equity with backdoors and an overcard, we have a fold equity because with his wide preflop range he will miss alot of times on this board and we might actually have the best hand from time to time. I would make it 5bb preflop, though.

Raise pre is fine for me, clear c bet on that flop, sizing too big, better go for half pot, fold is fine ott
