Hello. I have been having this problems today when logging in. Have tried to re install stars but still getting this dialog box come up.
Any way I can correct this??

Weird. For everything works just fine. Have you already contacted Stars support?

Contacted support and still awaiting some feedback. I am flummoxed on this one too and noticed another member encountering something similar with https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=445792
Not sure if there are any tech issues happing today at stars.
I look forward to a reply from them.
