So here as you can see, I make a 4bet with AKs and villain folds. A pretty standard hand I think.. However what I wanted to discuss was what if:
1) Villain 5bet shoves
2) Villain 5bet's to 60BB
3) Villain calls
Is AKs strong enough against an unknown to call a 5bet shove? I would probably say no.
Can we call a 5bet if villain only raises to 60BB? With effective stacks 100BB, am I best to just shove the final 40BB, call or fold? I am leaning more towards the idea of shoving, but then does that mean I should just call his shove in example 1?
If villain simply calls, his range is clearly capped. I don't have to worry about AA, KK and even QQ. But what does this mean? We still have to worry about JJ, TT etc when we miss.
