I was hoping somebody could help,
Currently while using PT4 I am unable to use pop ups. Whenever I click on someones stats to gain more info via the pop up, it comes up so enlarged that it is unusable. I have tried playing around with PT4 and uninstalling and reinstalling but without any luck.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Wow! That is huge!
To change the font size (I'm guessing that that is the problem)
Go to Hud on the main menu, choose "Edit Hud profiles"
Select the profile you want to edit, then click the "Popup Groups" button.
You should then see something like:
Try changing the font size to something like 8 or 9.
Other things that might be affecting this is your screen resolution.
