Look, this is a 3way spot and SB got coldcalled by BB. I really do not think he bet wide oop on this flop, which also hits your preflop calling range. Usually a call with a pair in 3b pot is fine, but 3handed without many turncards* that could improve you this should be a fold.

*a 8 (without the club), a 6 and a 7 (without the club) would improve your equity significantly. This is only 7 cards if I count it right.

I think preflop is too loose as you said. Otf its a clear fold. 3rd pair mw vs relatively big sizing we can fold. I dont think ak wants to cbet unless its of clubs. And on this board you have bunch of better hands like sets, jt, T9. Btw i would fold even T9 without bd fd.

Quando o SB faz 3bet e com J no flop muitas das vezes não vai passar apenas com uma cbet, tendo em vista que são poucos combos com Jx que o SB faz 3bet light, já que optou pelo cbet tem que ir de check turn e check river para controlar o pote e nao perder mais do que deveria a não ser que complete alguma equidade river, ai sim podemos value betar.
