Preflop: I would raise bigger. Around $2.00. I don't see the need to make it cheaper, because I would never bluff here. I think. Correct me if I am wrong.
Flop: If you bet here and get called. What turns do you intent do shove, x/call, x/fold? Why?
Turn: What hands do crush you? As8s, As9s, AsTs, AsJs (maybe AsQs, if he does not 3bet AQs), 88 and 66.

I think this turn can complete a few FD's he'd have. Axs. Also I don't think he'd shove if he had AsQ KQs, wouldn't make sense.
Also the fact he flatted pre before me leads me to think he has a lot of PP. I doubt he shows up with 79s//suited connectors here ever.
So on that I just look to get to showdown, if he x's back the turn think we can jam rivers and hope to get called by his Qx.

I don't think you can do anything else here then push. I would put him on range like this: QQ,88,AJs,ATs,AQs,JTs,QJs, and AQo hands which have one spades in it. And because he looks very tight I think he will even have AKo since he is not 3 betting them against UTG
