Villain is pretty unkown with just 20 hands. So I try to play standard.
Preflop
3-bet from SB, he calls.
Flop
I hit TPTK and bet half the pot. What about the sizing? Should I bet 2/3 of the pot or is it ok? I usually go for the same size as my c-bet so that it cannot be exploited if I hit something or not.
Turn
Blank, I continue betting.
River
One of the worst cards. It completes many straight draws and the flush draw. Both clearly in Villain's range. Therefore I play check/call. Because of the bet size I even fold because I cannot imagine a hand that would be worse than mine and still bet the river.
The main thing that bothers me why I post this hand is that I think it is pretty exploitable to just check the river. He could also have a busted straigh/flush draw and just betted because I've shown weakness on the river.
What play would you suggest, what would you change?
