I think you played it fine. Maybe you could make a thin value bet on the turn, but bluff catching like this seems fine.

I would fold on the river.
SB 3b vs UTG is strong. Some strategies of course will tell you to 3b light or polarized. I personally don't like to play like that.
Your hand looks like a bluff catcher here: AK, AJ. Worst hand you may have is KQs.
So from his perspective bet-check-bet is good with AK.
