BB: 147.8 BB (VPIP: 25.26, PFR: 21.13, 3Bet Preflop: 4.62, Hands: 205)

CO: 107.2 BB (VPIP: 35.51, PFR: 28.97, 3Bet Preflop: 15.79, Hands: 109)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has T♠ T♥

fold, CO raises to 3.2 BB, Hero raises to 6.4 BB, fold, fold, CO calls 3.2 BB

I was IP with a good pair. I decided to 3bet as a semi-bluff, hoping he was raising with a weak range as he was in a steal position.

Flop: (14.2 BB, 2 players) A♣ T♦ 3♥
CO checks, Hero bets 9.4 BB, CO raises to 25.8 BB, Hero calls 16.4 BB

Flopped three of a kind. I called his 3bet. should I have 4betted here?

Turn: (65.8 BB, 2 players) 3♣
CO checks, Hero bets 43.8 BB, CO calls 43.8 BB

Full house,

River: (153.4 BB, 2 players) A♠
CO bets 31.2 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 31.2 BB

I improved the full house, but there are no flush or straight draws as the board is dry. So should I have known this benefits him even more? I thought he was trying to bluff me out...

Spoiler

Hero shows T♠ T♥ (Full House, Tens full of Aces)
(Pre 67%, Flop 87%, Turn 93%)
CO shows 3♦ A♦ (Full House, Aces full of Threes)
(Pre 33%, Flop 13%, Turn 7%)
CO wins 205.2 BB

What is up with your preflop 3bet? :)
Better go for 9-11bb, even more if you have a read. Your hand is not invincible and you are giving PPs and a lot of suited hands a very good price.
Flop is an easy bet/call.
Your turn sizing is not great imo. He either has air and you won't see any money anyways or he shows up with 33, Ax or some weird 3x. 33 and 3x pay every bet size but Ax don't. So either a small bet or a big bet. I would go for a shove, cause in my experience people are more likely to call one bet if they still see a chance rather than two small bets.

Very small 3bet preflop. Make it 10BB or just flat. This is a huge leak you need to work on.

Postflop: Well played until the river. Just spare the last 30 bb and fold the river. He has the Ace and would not have the balls to bluff you out with that small left behind. You are never good here.

1) Your 3b with TT isn't a semi bluff. That's standard. How often you 3b or flat in this spot is up to you and what kind of strategy you develop.

2) You didn't flop 3 of a kind. Nor trips. You flopped a set.

3) As others have said, the bet sizing on the 3b is horrible. 10BB is the ideal sizing, as Sunrise posted.

TT 3bet big for value. You have nuts on flop(NO AA),turn(1 combo 33) stack off. OTR it is easy fold.
