I would value bet on the river. Sure you could run into a staight but chances are your hand is the best. You also check on the flop which makes your hand look somewhat weak. So he might think that his Q is still good and pay you out. As you can see there are other hands as well that he can have on the river. Anyway you are aggressive FP with the 8BB raise but very passive post flop. Maybe you want to work on that. You also have fold equity against weak draws and you make them pay for draws in general if you bet on the flop.
