I have been packed with work last days! But last night managed to play a 3hr session, and it has been a while since I was able to play that long session. I am realizing a lot of mistakes that I have made in the past month or so, and trying to get the most out of it. I will not post hands on forum till the end of the month, just will prepare them for coachings, its just my opinion that its a better value to be able to discuss the hand with a coach. But when I put more hours in, there will be some extra hands that will be posted on forum as well.

Still half of May left to turn it around, just play smart!

Well cant say I played bad, nor I played good, its just too small sample cause I’m just lacking volume. Reasons are that my work is packed and wifes is as well so besides working we have to change shifts in watching the kid, also with a great help of grandparents and aunt.

For the weekend I totally skipped playing two days, celebrating my sons third birthday, and during workdays my volume was terrible. Yesterday I managed to play 3 sessions, so hopefully there will be enough days to reach the realistic goals for the month!

My volume really sucks, but I am actually getting the most of poker during my free time (that time being close to none). My stats are getting worse, my play is too tight, and I cant seem to understand where am I doing wrong. Surviving the month near breakeven thanks to bonuses and free moneyz, but my actual poker results are far below 0.

thanks for dropping by.
Folk dancing is a great part of my life, and I love to share it with everybody. It is a lot adapted from traditional ones, so that younger generations can find it appealing as well and keep the tradition going.

So, long time no update! Its about to change…

June and July were no CFP grinding months for me. Earlier this year I have been having headaches while working on my computer (working and grinding), I thought it had something to do with my chronic sinusitis, and I was hoping that being at sea on vacation will help a bit. During the vacation the headaches did not stop, but one night as we were hanging with some friends, playing dices (yamb), I was about to write something on the paper and, as a joke, took my friends eyeglasses and as soon as I looked at the paper everything became clear and my eyes felt a relief. We talked and laughed about it, so once we were back home I decided to go to ophthalmologist and get an eye exam. As it turned out I have +0.5 on both eyes (not significant, and can be later corrected) and astigmatism that was the main cause of the headaches. At first weeks of wearing glasses it was hard to function at computer, as my head was hurting even more from adaptation, and I decided to postpone my CFP return a bit more. I played some spin&gos and MTTs on one table, as multitabling was really hard for me and it was still giving me headaches. Beginning of this month I decided it was time to get back grinding. I did watch some boothcamp lectures just to keep myself in poker somehow, and now, just as BPC coaches remodeled our courses, I finished boothcamp, and am eager to see whats next.

To push myself back in the game, as always, I’ll make some goals that will keep me going. They should be easy achieved, as I am just getting back into the game:

– Play 40 hours of NL5.
– Get back into live coaching group (got kicked out for being inactive, fair enough)
– 5 blog updates
– 5 hands posted on forum
– 100 uhlvar hands

Besides these:
– Play MTTs on Sunday (separate bankroll, of course)
– Get more familiar with table scanner
– Mark as many villains as possible
– Continue studies on new courses

Wow, 11 days passed since my last update!

Well nothing much changed, I am playing on daily basis but only one hour average. I have shit load of work to do, and its hard to combine everything. I even dropped to NL2 to regain some confidence, but its going very slow!

So, no daily, weekly, monthly goals until November, when my season is over and I can devote to poker more.

Only goals are:

Play as much as I can
Establish routine for everyday, no matter how much work I have to do
Go trough NoBS book again
Play at least NL10 regularly (6 tables min.) by April 2019 (Or quit BPC program)

Slow and steady wins the race!
