preflop and flop are fine imo. turn I'm betting something like 50k because an overbet may get him to fold a weak-medium strong ace there. if he calls turn then it's easy to get him all in on the river anyway.

i like your flop play as well and would bet lower on the turn, because of the reasons you see above
he might fold a weak ace to such an overbet.
if you bet less all the money can go in on the river.
