Preflop AI is the easiest way. As played I x/call OTF.

Yeah, you can shove preflop.

And yeah, as played, just call the flop.

Shove it!
If he was not shortstacked, I would have 4betted.
But in this case, if you 4bet and he calls, he would have been pot commited anyway.
After his min 3bet, push is the best option.
