They seem loose player looking to his stats and how they were limping pots, but i don't anything else about him. On this spot with a low spr should i play passive or more agressive? On a multiway pot i have less fold equity vs most loose players in spite of this being a good board for me and if everyone checks (as they were playing passive) i can see a free card. But betting isn't the worst option, i can win immediatly, and if i bet 2/3 pot i left less than pot size bet to shove any favorable turn (hearts, K, 7, 8 or 9) and i can call any shove from small stacks on this flop.
