Pre is fine. A9's is strong enough to call a 3bet from the BB.
My doubt is OTF. Probe or check-behind when we hit this?

I would most likely bet on flop for value, but if he has nothing he will fold any way, but checking isn't bad ether to slow play the hand. Turn seems standard.

Yeah just probe, if he has nothing he will neither bluff nor call later and he's supposed to check that texture at a very high frequency anyway.
