Do we have 3 streets value?

I *think*, I'd raised bigger pre. Cbetted bigger OTF (we are ahead of a bunch of hands and some players are sticky on this board) and probably betted/shipped OTT.

OTR, depending on villain's stack, bet/fold or check/call.

I usually bet really small OTF because I'm not scared of many turn cards as I expect to get raised by FDs when I bet small. I'm not sure I'm right but at NL5 I would stack off only against fishy players because I don't see that many hands that QQ is beating on this board that are willing to stack off until the river

I don't get this line of betting based on being scared or not. For me, I'm betting for value or as a bluff/semi-bluff.

On a board like that, I can see a lot small pairs and flush draws or some tps to continue, even for 1/2-1/3 cbet. So, I think we have a value hand here.

After bigger raises and cbets and another cbet OTT, I agree with you that any agression from villain now probably means we are behind.

3bet bigger pre, if you were IP we could argue but OOP it's definitely bigger.
I know it's tough in game but just check/fold that river. He isn't gonna shove AJ and what are his bluffs ? Blocking a spade doesn't help much here. He's just gonna have it is all.

Flop I'd go 1/4 or 1/3. It's paired and you have a blocker.
Turn 1/2. It's a blank card, keep charging the FD's. He has no raising range is this spot imo besides complete monsters and still.
River is a check-call OOP with the Q♠:. He has enough bluffs here (if he is a good player).
Against a worse player check-fold seems fine.
Without the Q♠: it is a check-fold imo.

Put yourself in CO's shoes. What hands do you go to the river with that you'd want to turn into a bluff then ? Either you have hit or you have SDV not worth taking the risk such as 99-TT that can't really hope to make AJ or QQ+ fold often enough at NL5.
That's why balancing can be so hard in practice. There are just some spots where the runout doesn't give you the right value or the right bluff candidates you'd need to do so.
