FD vs raise on the turn in 3 bet pot

Im not sure about your playing style but i beated NL2 in 10K hands with 32BB/100 adjusted and i think on flop you should cbet less peoples are overfolding and you will earn more money on red with lower sizing. i think 1/2 or 40% is enough.
On turn you should double barell this but again lower sizing is better. 1/2 or 40% is enough.
As played on turn you are commited and you must calldown...
I think you are giving a much respect to people on this stakes. Trust me they dont have only sets here. They have many equity/no equity bluffs there. In long term on NL2 for me as played call.

The 3bet pre is fine I think. I have A9's in my 3bet BTN range, but not too often.

I like to check-back OTT. You have position and can see a free card. Take that opportunity. Besides, you control the size of the pot with your "nothing yet" hand.
You're getting 2.5-1odds (50.5+29+103.5)/(103.5-29) and the draw (9 + 3 aces) gives you 24% equity roughly. It's about break-even the call, taking into account that an ace would give you the best hand.

Smaller cbet on the flop and check behind turn for me. After he calls you on the flop I do not expect him to ever fold that turn.

NL2 its not necessary to 3bet pre I think, unless you have a strong hand. People will do so many BIG mistakes postflop, just hit your hand and play for all stack in 3 streets (use overbets or shoves with monsters often, it does work) , people dont like folding here, your FE is always much lower than you think. NL2 is easy to beat without thinking about FE at all.

Sure but 3betting isn't all about (preflop) FE you know. It's exactly because they are bad postflop that we want to play 3bet pots IP against them.
Anyway even at NL2 you have to think about FE. They want to play so many hands that they have to fold a lot of those somewhere on the way to the river.
And as Lemon showed with his population analysis coaching serie, it's at NL2 that the field is folding the most on the river for example !
There is a biais in seeing them make a bad call with, say, second pair on the river, that makes you think they don't fold anything because it would be YOUR bottom range or nearly, whereas for them it's already quite high in their stupidly wide ranges lol, they are already folding third pair or worse.
