hi,

how do you think of a shove flop after his raise? 53/15/8 on 41.

Shoving flop seems fine. Especially if you have reads he can raise/call weaker top pair hands here. Otherwise I would call this as well.

and as default play? shove or call? board is dry.

I would fold or shove with only 2,3k behind. You invest to much chips if you call and against a fish I prefer to shove for value.

I think default is call flop. He can continue value betting his second pairs and even worse next streets what he probably fold after we shove flop and board is super dry.

I prefered to keep opponent in the hand till river too many outs

Just call flop and turn and let him spew as much as possible. It's very unlikely he has much of outs if behind on board like this.

but if we call 2 streets we have to bet river by ourselfs right?

Not really. If villain plays weaker top pair like this there is definitely possibility he tries to still value bet it in river. If he has air he has still chance to bluff. Plus sometimes he might actually have better hand that he ends up checking in river like KJ. So I dont personally see much bad sides in passive line. Occasionally he hits some 4-5 outer but thats it.
