$2.20 Post-Flop 98s shove

Hi!

I would like to get a second opinion on the hand below. What do you guys think?

To give some background, I don't have any particular reads on the players from previous actions. Pre-flop, both BB and SB are calling quite widely. Flop: I read the bet from hama flut as a blocker for larger bets, form of pot control. As such, I am putting the guy on any broadway overcards (unpaired), one broadway overcard + 9/8/7/6/5, T6,T4,64 or 63. (list for easy copy pasting: AJ, AT, KQ, KJ, KT, QJ, QT, JT, A9,A8,A7,A6,A5,K9,K8,K7,K6,K5,Q9,q8,q7,q6,q5,j9,j8,j7,j6,j5, t9,t8,t7,t6,t5, T6,T4,64, 63). So, I want to raise for protection and to get value from draws. Regarding sizing, I don't think anything less than 5000 would make them make a mistake by calling and by betting 5000+ I am effectively all in, so I decide for all in.

I am thinking that they both can call with A9,A8,A7,A5 ,K9,K8,K7, Q9,q8,j9,j8, t9,t8 and fold the rest. My equity against this range is 63.89%. Equity if I just call is 56% (against 2 players).

So, if I call I am looking at EV 3 900. If I raise all in, I am looking at EV 0.639*27380 (total pot) * 0.20 (this happens in 20% of the hands) + 0.8 * 6280 (rest of the hands I win by having them to fold) = EV 8 523. Is this worth it considering the tournament life? (I knew at that time that I was already in money).

Are there any mistakes in my thinking (putting BB and SB in the specific ranges or in the EV calculations or in my overall decision)? What would you do?
