What is the doubt on this one?
You have top two at NL2, there is just no way you are folding.
The downswing is normal in 2k hands, specially if you play zoom. Make sure you are using proper brm.

Doubt is coming from this downswing. I loose my marks.

I have no problem of brm. But that downswing need to be analysed.

I worked to became more agressive and may be I am now too agressive. I think I defend too much hands. There is always things to balance each time you increase your game with new notions.

But loose in two days what I winnned all the month is a little bit difficult to admit.

And during this downswing there is obviously unlucky hands but there are also hands where I do errors on some coinflips.

Consider I am a beginner. I don't play zoom. I play on two tables and I try to observe how my opponents are playing. I replay much of their hands online.

Lol about a month ago I lost over $33 at 2NL zoom for about 2 hours, 1,6k hands or so, and I think I played really well and no tilt at all. But that just happens, you can do nothing. Wait I am wrong, you can do a lot! You can go on tilt, or change your winning game to losing game, or start to avoid +EV situations just because "you know that your KK are vs AA" and so on. You can very easily worsen the downsing a lot and cut a huge portion of your winnings.

Hey, just a quick mention don't be discouraged by your downswing all this is normal i know its sick that you loose in the 1 or 2 days what you have won in a month but really this will happen, i have been pulling myself out of a 12bi downswing over the last 32k hands and i am still nearly 2bi down at 10z's it will all turn around you see. As for the hand i think it it played its self nothing different really you could have done. Good luck mate

Just jeep calm. You know you played the hand well and variance is part of the game.

If u feel you need it, just take a few days off the tables and reset your mind.

I am a micro fish, and this is what I tried during downswing. Not directly related to how the specific hand ends up, but it might work in some situations.

First, I don't think I could have escaped on the turn.

1) KTs could be a trouble hand, depending on your play style. Try not to call with KTs, if your DB tells you that you lose more often with KTs. You could win small, lose big with this type of hand. When opp 3-bets from SB, KTs wold be dominated quite often.

2) On the flop, if you are playing only two tables, watch how fast he bets.
If he bets rather quick, it is mostly a cbet on missed flop, if taking time, it could be a draw or JJ+ hand. Take a little time (giving impression that you have something), and 3bet 2.5x. More than half of the time, he would fold. If he cbets quick, however, then takes time and calls your raise, he would have a good draw or Kx. If he re-raises, just fold. If called, ready to fold to a turn bet, or check back with SDV.

3) Especially when I'm in downswing tilt, I don't play draw potential hands (gappers, suited cards) aggressively. I found that I could not fold as usual. I give up OESD, GSTD, Nut-flush draws and top pair weak kicker whenever opp bets out. I lose some edge playing passive on draws, but I try to focus more on set-mining or floating (it still works on NL2).

I disagree with all of the above.

1) If you fold KTs from the BU to SB 3-bet you will either have very narrow BU open range, or will be folding too much <80%. In either case it's extremly bad. If you have a narrow range you'll lose a ton of value as the button is the position where the money are made and it's a huge mistake, and if you fold too much you'll be heavily exploited. An observant player will 3-bet you 100% of the time, also a huge mistake. Might be not that big problem at 2NL, because most players wont notice, but once you go a bit higher you'll be crashed.

2) How fast a player bets has nothing to do with his hand in 90% of the time and is more often misleading than not, unless if you have specific notes for the player. He might be playing more tables, or playing while travelling with bad internet connection, or just checking his facebook. Not recommended at all!

3) If you change your game when you are in downswing that's a huge problem, it's much much better not to play at all. It's really important. When you learn how to play your (winning) game most of the time, and never change it deliberately because of swings (down or up) your winrate will skyrocket.
