Do not consider the pot I won, was this a good call or not? I guess it was not a good call myself because who would do a 3bet PF and then continue on firing when the board is that dry. I mean could he had 68 to form a straight and he did 3bet me PF? No. The only think was to my mind that KK+. No idea why I called..

Your 3bet size is too small. Make it bigger. Or just flat, it works too vs UTG.
BB 4bet is also small. Easy call pre.
Well, I guess you have to call OTF. By calling OTF, you have to cal OTT too, because efective SPR is very small (less than 1).

Well, those cold 4bets are usually very strong. Not because it is small stakes, it is very strong "by definition". You won't see people cold 4betting just because they want to mess up with you.
If he has AA/KK here I believe you are going to pay him off every single time postflop on those boards and especially being a short-stack.

Preflop is a mess. The typical 3bets includes a raise 3x the bet size and adding one more bet per caller and/or if you play OOP.

A 4bet usually means trouble, but his 4bet size makes it an easycall.

Like zeto said, usually 4bet cold callers are usually very strong. That said, im not sure if i would call OTF, at least without information about the villain. But if you have a read, go with it.

Since u called OTF i also think you have to do it OTR aswell.

3bet bigger vs short stack not min 3bet, easy call min squeeze villiain looks fishy.
OTF is is call, pot bet looks strong, especially in multiway pot.
OTT if BB was full stack I will probably fold, in this case it cry call, imo.
