KQs call reraise on Flop and fold on Turn. Were the calls on the Flop the right move?

It's interesting to know what your own though process was during both hands.
Overall I would play the hand the same with the flush draw. I don't think a 3bet shove on both flops will work enough to make it profitable.

First hand:
Would probably fold. We do pick up the gutter and our 2 overs could be good, but I think we're more then likely crushed here and could even be drawing next to dead vs the nut FD. If he bets any smaller then we could call.

Second I'd play the same.

3bet bluffing flops, which you should be doing and much more often than people think, is a fancy play at the regular levels (anything below NL200). People don't bluff-raise not even 1/10 of what they should, it is ultra-value heavy and you have literally 0 fold equity. Zero.
Just flat and hope you hit. It's a min raise (2nd hand) and you also have two overs in case (extremely rare) is bluffing with a weaker flush-draw. It could also the the nut-flushdraw with the A and in that case you have massive reverse implied odds.
Having position (which is very valuable, as you know) means basically nothing in this situations because they won't check the turn when the flop has been raised.

First hand I agree with DecMate. You can absolutely fold here, despite being a very bad fold.

First hand is a clear fold for me. Not having the NFD sucks. He either has a srtong made hand likely set, or this is a semi bluff and he has a FD and because K, Q and J are not in his hand and he called from the BTN, he can only have the NFD. You can not just take into account the pot odds, you must also take into account the reversed odds. If you want to draw in big pots you should always draw to the nuts, here you have just 3 clean outs.

Seond hand is clear I think. I wouldn't 3-b that much BTN vs CO, the rest is standard, you should of course call OTF and OTT you just don't have the odds to call. Your overs are worth very little and you again are not drawing to the nuts, so I would just completly discount my overs, they will balance with his NFDs and will count just 9 outs which is not nearly enough to call. BTW even if you are 100% sure that both your FD and your overs are good the call is still -EV. You need to win in 34% and you will win in 34%, but the pot will be raked 8.8BB, so with the call you are losing 8.8BB.

In first hand turn is fold, do not have enough odds for call and fold equity for all-in...
In second hand similar spot, fold.

I would play both hands exactly the same.
