Villain is marked as a fish.
Preflop is probably too loose to defend 32s on the bb.
I like my raise OTF but not everyone will be a fan, I guess.
The turn brings me a flush and nut flush draw. I bet for value.
The river is probably a blank but villain can make a straight.
As played what do you do OTR when villain donkshoves?

Against a loose passive fish a fold pre-flop is better I think. As played is raising tricky. Especially if he doesn't like to fold. Than I would try to keep the pot small and if I hit a flush you can still raise for value. The rest seems standard. Tough to get value on the river if he's leading so much and sometimes you are dominated as well.

folding pre is a common big mistake imo.
the flop raise is profitable, but a call should be more profitable. you hardly make better hands fold, getting 3bet otf would be a disaster and your hand benefits from seeing more cards.
Definitely play this hand preflop vs 2.4x. BB vs SB when SB is FRI is where you should call the most.
You'll see good players defending 60, 70%, even 80% of the hands on the BB.
I lean towards calling, but 3betting with weak suited hands will be profitable in position. Mix it up, but call more when SPR is bigger.
Remember you are capped OTF. You don't have any overpair, JJ in your range. Top of it is Jx, 55 or 33. Due to it I believe calling the cbet is better, unless villain is cbetting too much and opening too short on the SB, which doesn't seem to be the case for a 27/27.
Please explain why you like the flop raise. I would rather raise to protect a Jx hand than a weak pair.
OTT you hit your flush and you don't have the nutflush draw. For that you need the K♣:.
I would bet bigger, anything from 80% to 150% should be ok.
Villain's line looks very strong to me when he bet/calls the flop, check/call the turn and leads the river.
Nevertheless, you have a clear call with a flush.
Notice villain didn't check/shove the river, neither donkshove. He simply bets 29bb on a 38bb pot, with 83bb behind.
I would never play this hand preflop as a tight full ring player. I would have folded this hand on the flop, turn, and river. Weak flushes are a great way to lose money to stronger flushes. I win so much money with my AXs starting hands against players who believe in weak flushes. Stay away from weak flush hands. Also, Villain was lucky that his Ten flush card was enough. He could have been playing against a King or Queen flush card. Villain also played very poorly.
