On the side of pokerstars I noticed that after a deposit you win much more often. but this subsides after a while again. later one is beaten by all sorts of hands.

after a while has passed, it's likely that others will have deposited more recently than you 
I have moved your thread to our PokerStars section there fits it better.
I doubt it makes any difference if you deposit or not.
