hey vorpahl,
yep in a cg environment limping is just as an exploitable play ok I guess.

That's fine with low pocket pairs in early positions imo. Sounds like something to try. I think I've seen it recommended on this site in strategy articles or the charts, although I may be wrong because I've read many others and I haven't read much on here in a long time because everything interesting is locked to me. I would have to do it with strong hands too, though, otherwise my range is transparent. And I don't like giving away value by just limping with strong hands. Maybe it's a good idea to limp some suited connectors, low pocket pairs plus AA against somewhat aggressive opponents? Do we have a limp/raise range? I'm actually not sure about any of this.
I think it's not a good idea in late position though, because you're giving away a lot of fold equity. Unless you have stats (or a player image) that tell you this player 3bets very aggressively. Then you can tighten up your range a little, limp some pockets and widen your 4bet range with hands you do raise. I still prefer not having a limping range and instead just focusing on playing a little tighter and incorporating 4bet bluffs (if he seems like the guy to fold).
