It's a interesting hand to know more about the villain in this hand, but over all it seems fine. You could think of a 3bet for value pre-flop, but it's no bad to try to keep the pot small against a UTG player with a hand that can play well post-flop.

I do think your opening range is a bit too tight. All suited broadways, AJo, A5-A2s should still be in there quite often. Also, I think 3 betting preflop is alot more linear/mixed nowadays and less polarized. So AQs can be used as a 3 bet/fold (call depending on opponent). You are in good shape vs his calling range with a hand that plays decently, but vs villians' 4 bet you are in trouble unless very aggressive.
