Donk bet on flop makes no sense. Check/raise is the standard playing style vs 1 oponnent :). And since you have 2nd nuts on the turn and river and you only get beat by JJ you have more than enough equity to 3-bet turn since I can see villain taking the same line with AA and probably KK as well. (on the river you can 3-bet even if oponnent's range is limited to JJ, AA).

You should work on the basic strategies a bit and maybe play on 0.5/1 a bit longer until you master them ;).

you always have to include the preflopplay when deciding on your postflop line.
Here your pretty tight opponent raised from UTG at a10 handed table.
His range might even be tighter than the one I took below.

As you can see you have less than 50% equity so neither a donkbet nor a check/raise is the best line here.
Simply go for a calldown. Fold if bad cards (A in any case, K and Q will give you only 22% equity so folding is fine too) come or check/raise if you improve.

Turn is well played. There are too many worse hands he can rase with. After the cap you are most of the time against JJ or AA with AA being less likely.

On the river you have 66% equity against these two hands . As AA is less likely you have a bit less. He will bet the river with both in any case so I like check/call river more than bet/call. You gain the same but lose 1 BB less. For a check/raise he has to overplay AA. So with a read you can do that.
