River - Two pairs

Most of the times i fold this hand from BB but this one i decided to play since there was only one blind to pay. Would you call preflop with this TAG vilain ?

Pre-flop seems fine, but I would always check to the raiser on the flop. You are or in front or far behind here. The rest is fine untill the river. His raise is extreme small and is tough to think what kind of hands you beat he will play like this.

Wait, you usually fold KTs in the BB vs UTG? That is way too tight, should defend down to K8s versus 3x and probably all KXs vs minraise.
