Well the short answer is that you don't know that you're up against an overpair.

From under the gun, a loose player will raise with a range something like:
22+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, 76s, 65s, ATo+, KJo+

A tight player might only play
66+, AJs+, AQo+

Each range contains some overpairs, some underpairs and some other hands.
How well does your hand do against these two ranges?

vs the loose player:

       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    43.30%  42.79%   0.51% { 22+, ATs+, KJs+, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s, 76s, 65s, ATo+, KJo+ }
CO     56.70%  56.19%   0.51% { 99 }

vs the tight player:

       Equity     Win     Tie
UTG    52.48%  51.69%   0.79% { 66+, AJs+, AQo+ }
CO     47.52%  46.73%   0.79% { 99 }

So it is helpful to know how your opponents play.

I only showed two players, but the third in the pot makes it harder to see the difference.

One last thought:
When this hand started, you only had 66 big blinds available.
What if you had hit a set?
Now you want to play for stacks, but you're only playing for 2/3 of a stack.

If you can, keep your stack to 100 BB in cash games...

I'm still at micros and am trying to improve myself but I would maybe bet that flop, if UTG had overpair he should be betting the flop to get value and protect his hand which he didn't and most likely gave up with AJs+ because of how many players were in the pot and the fact he didn't make a pair. Everyone checked to you which means you may have the best hand on the flop, you have a gutshot and middle pair if a facecard comes on the turn its going to be hard to play your hand, if you got check raised it would'nt be too difficult to fold because its not even top pair.

I think if villain had Tx he would've bet flop, with any set most likely a bet on the flop because of board and how many ppl are in hand, on the turn when he bets I give him 7x, 6x maybe A6hh picking up FD, maybe J8hh picking up gutshot with FD. I'm not sure what range he has that would have a 3 in it , A3? 33? 63s? On the river hes giving you 4:1 so you only need to be right 1 in 5 times .

Hi thanks for this - really like your comment. This turn bet by BTN looks a bit out of place considering the showdown. I read this as a bluff/semi bluff in position but considering there are 4 players on still in the hand its' a bit risky isn't it?
